These Terms of Service describe the baseline rules for our client engagements, including scope, payments, timelines, and usage rights. The goal is simple: clear expectations for both sides, fewer surprises, better work.

How We Use Your Information

Work begins after a signed agreement and a 50% upfront deposit are received.

  • Deliverables are based on what’s listed in the Project Agreement.

  • Any change in requirements, features, pages, or outputs is treated as a scope change and must be approved in writing. Scope changes may adjust pricing and timelines.

  • Client delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may affect project timelines.

  • You keep ownership of any materials you provide to us (logos, copy, assets, brand files).

  • Once the project is fully paid, you receive rights to the final approved deliverables as specified in the agreement.

  • Kaecolors Studio may retain rights to unused drafts, explorations, or concepts.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, Kaecolors Studio may showcase the work in our portfolio, case studies, and social channels.

We treat client information as confidential and apply reasonable security measures to protect it.

If you require an NDA, we can sign one upon request before starting the work.

Either party may end the engagement with written notice. In that case:

  • You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

  • If the project is cancelled after work has started, a cancellation/kill fee may apply (as defined in the agreement).
