8+ years in UX/UI, currently Lead Product Designer at Playlog Group Inc. As a digital product designer, my focus is on creating intuitive user interfaces, seamless interactions, and cohesive brand identities that drive engagement and enhance usability. Whether it’s designing SaaS dashboards, mobile apps, or high-performance websites, my approach combines creativity with a deep understanding of user needs and business goals.
Currently at Playlog, I lead the end-to-end design across mobile and web from MVP to a polished launch-ready product. I’ve worked closely with engineers, marketers, and founders to align vision, build momentum, and turn user feedback into elegant solutions.
Beyond product design, I run Kaecolors, my creative playground for video editing and storytelling. I also once participated in a cultural university dance team competition and placed 1st - proof that collaboration, rhythm, and attention to detail show up in all areas of my work.

Studying and working in multimedia development, design, and cross-discipline thinking. I received the University of Waterloo Merit Scholarship for academic excellence. The program is project based and challenges students to solve real business and technology solutions while crafting tangible and innovative digital developments.
I have also acquired my Global Experience Certificate as well.

I had the amazing opportunity to go on an exchange abroad for one term at the University of Leeds. Where I immersed myself in cross-cultural design and business practices in a completely new academic setting.
Learning in a different country pushed me outside my comfort zone — from adapting to new teaching styles to collaborating with students from all over the world. Most courses were team-based, which strengthened my collaboration and communication skills, something I carry with me in every project today.
I gained firsthand experience with international education systems, design thinking across cultures, and team dynamics in diverse environments.

I had the incredible opportunity to speak with a group of curious and driven Grade 11 and 12 students about careers in UX/UI design.
It was both rewarding and inspiring to represent the tech and design space, sharing my journey from high school to university to becoming a full-time industry professional. The students asked insightful questions about everything from balancing work and social media to how to break into the UX/UI field.
Moments like these remind me how important it is to make design feel approachable especially for the next generation of creatives.
