As part of the Receptive design team, I contributed to the landing page experience for Top Nutrition Coaching’s Medication Support program — a page designed to help users understand GLP-1, HRT, and weight loss medication support through a more approachable and easy-to-navigate digital experience.

Making a complex healthcare offer feel simple, human, and trustworthy.
Making a complex healthcare offer feel simple, human, and trustworthy.
Problem
Users exploring GLP-1, HRT, or weight loss medication support often need reassurance before taking action. They want to understand who they’ll speak with, what the program includes, what it costs, and whether they’re making a safe decision.
Problem
Users exploring GLP-1, HRT, or weight loss medication support often need reassurance before taking action. They want to understand who they’ll speak with, what the program includes, what it costs, and whether they’re making a safe decision.
Approach
The page was structured to reduce friction by surfacing the most important decision-making details early: the care model, consultation deposit, monthly pricing, clinician support, and ongoing Registered Dietitian sessions. The goal was to make the offer feel less transactional and more supportive.
The live page explains the flow through steps like taking a quiz, booking a consultation, receiving a plan, and getting ongoing clinician and RD support.
Approach
